Works great
Weighed 149, within 1-2 weeks I weighed 156. Muscles received volume, also looked good. People in the gym asked what I take. Now some friends ask for help in the gym. Only bad side I guess is that it doesn’t have a scoop and you may feel little specs of it.

Got the job done
Good quality product doesn’t really dissolve that much. Maybe that’s all types of creatine or it’s just this specific one, either way the results are good

Creatine Monohydrate 5000
Creatine is creatine and you can expect the same results from all of it.
AQlthough the GNC brand does not disolve as well as other powdered creatines it works the same.

Just put some more water/juice in you glass/bottle shake it up and get it down.

I notice great results with this product.

Does not mix well
Even with more water than suggested this product really does not dissolve. I tried hot water as well and no matter how much I shake it, it still doesn't dissolve. You end up with a lot of grit in your mouth.
