Works for me
I used Instaflex advanced for two years, very expensive.
I tried this 2 weeks ago and personally think it works much better The cost is about 30 % of Instaflex and I think it’s a superior product.

Really good
I think this has helped my knees a lot (since I started taking it twice a day as instructed). I don't know of anything else I'm doing but I feel better already.

I was amazed at 5 days I was noticing less discomfort in my shoulders and knees. I have been taking turmeric and curcumin for about 2 years and hadn't felt this type of relief.
It dulled the discomfort but the "Tamaflex" made me notice there was "NO DISCOMFORT". I only wish I had known of the sooner. LISA IRWIN

Expensive way to purchase turmeric
What an expensive way to get turmeric. The tamarind might be a good product but in a proprietary blend of 125mg not noticing any difference. Another GNC bust.

Not so good for me
Haven’t noticed any improvement in arthritic joints. May work for some but not for me. I’ve been looking for years for something that helps. The search continues.
