It was reccommended that I take 450 mg of licorice root a day. Is there a way to acheive that with this product. If so what dosage would I have to take? Thanks!

BEST ANSWER: There are 4000 mg of licorice root fluid extract per 2 mL dose of Nature's Answer® Licorice Root. The directions state to use 1-2 ml (approx. 28-56 drops) 3 times a day in a small amount of water. Please talk with your doctor to discuss what the exact amount is that you personally should use.
