I suffer from extreme magnesium loss. I take 40 500 mg tablets per day & I still have to have magnesium infusion. I also soak in Dr. Teals Epsom salts & use magnesium body oils. I don't know that liquid magnesium could replace the amount of magnesium I require. Any known suggestions??

BEST ANSWER: Detox your body and do a parasite cleanse to clean out your body. Do a detox tea first then do a parasite cleanse. I’d rotate between the two for 6 months at least. Good luck. Been there and it works.
Will this help for leg cramps?
