I am reading so many positive reviews about this product and willing to give it a try to change my body.
my question is about the frequency of the usage (how many scoop I need pre and post work out ?)
but i've been taking two clear and one brown in the AM. Then an hour before the workout i take maybe one scoop of ripped protein and about 4oz of water. I do this because if i take it within 45 minutes or less from my workout it makes me sick, like i get the burps and all that stuff since this ripped protein is a little different than your average protein shakes.
Then about 45-30 minutes prior to the workout i pop the vitamins.
Post workout, you can take another scoop of protein if you wish, but i prefer to take some sort of recovery drink.
I find that if i stack both the ripped protein and ripped vitamins pre-workout i get super amped. More concentration and more intensity.
If anyone else does this differently let us know what you think. I've been searching for the best results and i think stacking them pre workout is best.

I purchased Wheybolic Extreme 60 Ripped 2 weeks ago. I am having trouble understanding how this works. the GNC rep states this is a post-workout protein supplement, but once I read the directions it says its a pre-workout supplement. My question is, how should use this supplement, should I take it before or after workout, Im confused, please give me the right information on how to get ripped and how to use this product. Thanks.
