Combine broccoli, broth, basil and Super Fiber in blender or food processor and process until smooth; set aside. Melt butter in soup kettle over medium heat; blend in flour and cook paste for 1-2 minutes. Then slowly add milk, stirring constantly. Stir in Whey Protein and grated cheese. Continue stirring and bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat immediately and simmer for 3-5 minutes allowing mixture to thicken slightly. Add blended broccoli mixture and white pepper. Cook until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
