Bad after taste
Not the best tasting protein. Stay away from the salted caramel flavor. I was taking Isopure zero carb prior to this so I’ll be going back to that.

Absorbs fast, filling, tastes great
I mainly use this right after a strenuous workout -- usually weights and burst moves. After work I go to the gym and take this right when I get home. Then I'm okay with a small evening meal. Has helped me maintain muscle as I drop weight. Sometimes I'm utterly exhausted and within a few minutes of drinking this I feel way better. I like it with milk - about 6 oz for 1 scoop. I use chocolate and vanilla. Both taste great. Seems like good ingredients. I like that this isn't laden with too much cholesterol.

Ch Fdg and C&C
I used this 30 minutes before training and an in-between for lunch and dinner. Many people are different and not everything works for everyone. For me this protein supplement works. I have more stamina and focus it seems and gained muscle strength and size.

I used 1 scoop and 50/50 filtered room temp water and milk twice a day. Blends well and tastes great.

I recommend this.
