Directions
Take one serving (approx. 1 scoop) of C4 AlphaBomb® in 6–8 fl. oz. of water and consume 20–30 minutes before training. Once tolerance has been assessed, take one additional serving (approx. 2 scoops) in 12–16 fl. oz. of water and consume 20–30 minutes before training for maximum benefits. Take with food to help prevent stomach upset.
