Casein proteins are acid sensitive and tend to thicken in the stomach. Because of this, it can take more than twice as long for our Gold Standard 100% Casein to be broken down into it’s amino acid subcomponents than other proteins. By blending premium micellar and calcium caseins, we’ve created a protein formula that’s truly time-released.

About 1 scoop casein protein powder. 10-12 fl oz. Cold water, milk or other beverage. 30 seconds. Stir, shake or blend until dissolved. For best results, mix up your shake 30-60 minutes before bed, or have it anytime to boost your protein intake. Use 8-10 fl oz for a thicker consistency and 12-14 fl oz for a thinner consistency.
