Or use Core Fuel halfway through your workout to refuel. Make it your X-factor to take your results to the next level. as A post-workout: Mix 1 scoop of core fuel endurance with 10 fl. oz. of cold water and consume directly following workouts to enhance your recovery, repair muscle and combat muscle soreness.
