Inulin (Chicory Root), Natural Flavors, Calcium Silicate , citric acid, Sucralose, Malic Acid None.
Mix 12.5 (1 scoop) in 8 ounces of water and drink slowly 20-30 minutes before training. To assess tolerance individuals may start with 1/2 serving. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is attributed to beta alanine. USE ONLY AS DIRECTED.
