Soluble Tapioca Fiber, Citric Acid and Less than 2%: Amla Fruit Extract, Maltodextrin, Natural Flavors, Oats, Rebaudioside A, Silicon Dioxide, Vitamin B Complex (Holy Basil Leaf Extract, Guava Fruit Extract, Sesbania Leaf Extract, Lemon Peel Extract).
As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop with 8 to 1 O fl. oz. of water or your favorite beverage. Tastes best when cold and mixed continuously to prevent settling. May take any time of day. Amount of liquid may vary for desired taste.
