Track My Order

See your order even if you are not a registered user.


Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order. By clicking that link, you will be able to check the status of your order once it’s in transit. Note: It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to reflect details. MYGNC Rewards members can sign in to check the status of their order in their purchase history.

ORDER STATUS

Order Placed
Once you complete your purchase, your order status will appear as “Order Placed”, and you’ll receive an email with the subject line Thank You for Shopping with GNC!

Order Processing
Once your order has been placed, it will be sent to our warehouse to be processed, packed and shipped. During this time, your order status will appear as “Order Processing”

Shipped
Once your order receives a tracking number, your order status will appear as “Shipped”

Ready for Pick Up
For In-Store Pick Up orders, your status will be “Ready for Pick Up” once the store has your order ready.

Canceled
Sometimes an item is no longer available. If this happens, you’ll receive an email with the subject line “Items from your GNC order have been canceled”. If your order was canceled, you won’t be charged, however you may see a pre-authorization on your card. Pre-authorizations generally drop within 7 business days, contact your banking institution for details.

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How can I change or cancel my gnc.com order after it has been submitted?

GNC does not have the ability to cancel or reroute your order once it’s been placed.  Please visit our Customer Service contact us page to get in touch with our team or return your item in-store or by mail once it’s been received.  

For In-Store Pick Up orders, orders will automatically be canceled if not picked up within 5 days of the Ready for Pick Up email..

 

How can I change or cancel my Subscription order?

You can cancel a single subscription or all of them. In this system, to cancel, you will actually be “pausing” your subscription. This is the equivalent of canceling with the added convenience of being able to start it right back up in the future if you so wish.

Canceling, an order will stop all future shipments of that particular product. No further charges to your form of payment will be made.

How to cancel instructions:

  1. SIGN IN to your account
  2. Under the Account icon in the header Click “Subscriptions”
  3. Click “Cancel Subscription” for the item or shipment you want to cancel.
  4. Click “Cancel Subscription” on the pop-up.
  5. After choosing a reason at the next prompt, click “Continue"
  6. If you do not wish to delay your delivery, Click “Confirm Cancel”

 

 

What if my order arrives damaged?

We apologize if your item arrived damaged or defective. Please reach out to Customer Service via our contact us page for assistance. Please have your order number ready and we will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
