PITTSBURGH, July 21, 2026 – GNC Holdings, LLC (“GNC”), a Pittsburgh-based, global leader in health and wellness, today announced the completion of a series of transactions which resulted in the full repayment of its Second Lien Credit Facility, eliminating a significant near-term debt obligation and further strengthening the Company’s financial position. The repayment reflects GNC’s continued focus on financial discipline, operational stability and maintaining the strong vendor partnerships that support its product innovation and customer experience.
As of June 30, 2026, GNC had fully repaid the $160 million outstanding balance on its Second Lien Credit Facility at a discount to par. The transaction meaningfully reduces the Company’s near-term debt obligations. Following the repayment, the Company continues to maintain two outstanding credit facilities with total borrowing capacity of approximately $400 million, which remain available to support cash flow for operations.
“The full repayment of our Second Lien Credit Facility is an important milestone for GNC and a clear demonstration of the progress we are making to strengthen the Company’s capital structure,” said Oded Shein, Chief Financial Officer of GNC. “In the last two years, the Company has reduced its debt by over 20%, bringing the outstanding balance down to less than $300 million, while at the same time securing a more than 50% reduction in interest expense. For our vendor partners, this transaction should reinforce confidence in GNC’s financial stability, our ability to meet our obligations and our commitment to investing in the products, partnerships and innovation that drive our business forward.”
Stifel and White & Case LLP advised the company in refinancing its debt obligations.
