AMPLIFIED HYDRATION – HOMEMADE ELECTROLYTE POPSICLES

Happy Summer! When the heats up and training gets extra sweaty, there’s no better way to bring down your core temperature than with a post-workout electrolyte popsicle. This electrolyte popsicle recipe not only helps cool you off, but includes ingredients to support hydration, recovery, and gut health.

Enjoy these great tasting electrolyte recovery popsicles, packed with everything you need to help you get back to the gym sooner!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 stick pack, GNC AMP Amplified Hydration – Acai Blueberry Pomegranate
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries (or frozen fruit of choice)
  • 1 cup water

DIRECTIONS

1. In a blender, add stick pack, frozen blueberries, and water.
2. Blend on high until no blueberry chunks remain.
3. Pour into popsicle molds – recipe yields four, 4oz popsicles.
4. Freeze overnight.
5. Enjoy!
