INGREDIENTS
– ½ cup skim milk
– 1 scoop GNC Total Lean Zero Sugar – French Vanilla
– 1 frozen banana
– 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
– 6-8 small ice cubes (½ cup ice)
DIRECTIONS
