Start your day right with these high-protein overnight oats. They’re easy to make ahead of time, so you can stay ready for busy mornings and avoid neglecting your nutrition in a hurry. This simple, four-ingredient recipe uses GNC AMP Wheybolic™ Whey Protein, giving one serving 33 grams of protein.

Ingredients

– 1 scoop GNC AMP Wheybolic™ Whey Protein – Café Latte

– ½ cup rolled, old fashioned oats (dry)

– 1 cup skim milk

– ½ tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Cover tightly and keep in the refrigerator overnight, or at least 5 hours.

For warm overnight oats, add additional milk and heat until desired texture and consistency is reached.
