Ingredients
– 1 scoop GNC AMP Wheybolic™ Whey Protein – Café Latte
– ½ cup rolled, old fashioned oats (dry)
– 1 cup skim milk
– ½ tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Cover tightly and keep in the refrigerator overnight, or at least 5 hours.
For warm overnight oats, add additional milk and heat until desired texture and consistency is reached.
