Imagine: A performance-enhancing mocktail in a beautiful martini glass to sip on before or after a tough workout – or anytime you want. Your mocktail shouldn’t just taste good, it should be good for you too. And did we mention…Kudos to you for cutting out alcohol and creating a better-for-you drink all your friends will want to try.

Creatine, meet the martini.

Yes, you heard that right

The foundation of a Crea-Tini starts with antioxidant-rich tart cherry juice. Antioxidants are important to athletes and fitness gurus as it helps minimize the effects of free radicals. The body’s production of free radicals increases with intense exercise, which can be damaging to muscle cells.

Next up, add coconut water to your cocktail shaker. Coconut water is a natural source of electrolytes, which can help replenish what you lose in sweat.

Finally, the hero of the recipe: Beyond Raw® Chemistry Labs Creatine. Creatine helps drive the production and circulation of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), your body’s energy fuel for fast and intense exercise like sprinting or weightlifting. Creatine also plays an important role in muscle protein synthesis and may help improve athletic performance. You can customize your Crea-Tini by using 1 or 2 scoops, depending on the dose of creatine you’re after. Each scoop provides 2 grams of Con-Cret® Creatine HCl, which is a form of creatine that is patented for its ability to have enhanced bioavailability compared to creatine monohydrate.

Creatine has never felt more sophisticated!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup tart cherry juice concentrate
  • ¾ cup coconut water
  • 1-2 scoops Beyond Raw Chemistry Labs Creatine (1-2 scoops depending on how many grams of creatine you’re looking for!)
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional – Finish with a splash of pineapple juice
  • Fresh fruit garnish – such as lemon, orange, cherries, or pineapple

Instructions

  1. Combine the tart cherry juice, coconut water, ice, and creatine powder. Mix well using a cocktail shaker, shaker cup, or a blender.
  2. Pour into a martini glass.
  3. Optional – Add a splash of pineapple juice. This helps tone down some of the tartness.
  4. Garnish with fresh fruit.
  5. Enjoy!
