Well, I’m here to say you can make your very own cold foam to top your coffee with the protein powder you’ve already got stocking the shelves – for a fraction of the price! This recipe is super easy to whip up, and sits atop just like the high sugar, calorie laden coffee shop version – and the legs!
If you’re a cold brew fan, you know! We encourage you to stock up on all the protein powder flavors, mix and match, and make protein cold foam your specialty.
Vanilla Sweet Cream Protein Cold Foam Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 oz Unsweetened Almond Milk, or milk/milk substitute of choice
- 1 scoop GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein Powder, Vanilla Cream
- 1 Tbsp Zero Sugar Sweet Cream Creamer, Half & Half, or extra unsweetened almond milk
- 12 oz Cold Brew Coffee with ice – or whatever it takes to put some pep in your step!
Directions
- Add milk of choice into large glass or shaker cup. Add scoop of protein powder on top to prevent clumping.
- Froth (we got you at GNC – buy here!) with handheld milk frother, adding additional Tbsp of milk product until desired consistency is achieved, ~1 min.
- Pour cold brew coffee over ice, top with frothed cold foam.
