Ingredients
– 1 whole egg
– 5 egg whites
– ⅛ cup rolled oats
– ⅛ cup fat free cottage cheese
– 1 scoop GNC Pro Performance® 100% Whey Protein – Vanilla Cream
Directions
- Place egg whites, oats, cottage cheese and protein powder in a blender and secure the lid
- Blend until smooth
- Pour batter into a heated, nonstick pan
- Cook for one to two minutes until edges start to pull up slightly, then flip and cook for an additional 10 seconds
- Remove from the pan, and serve
