Ingredients

– 1 whole egg
 

– 5 egg whites

– ⅛ cup rolled oats

– ⅛ cup fat free cottage cheese

– 1 scoop GNC Pro Performance® 100% Whey Protein – Vanilla Cream

Directions

  1. Place egg whites, oats, cottage cheese and protein powder in a blender and secure the lid
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Pour batter into a heated, nonstick pan
  4. Cook for one to two minutes until edges start to pull up slightly, then flip and cook for an additional 10 seconds
  5. Remove from the pan, and serve
