Ingredients
– 2 cups oatmeal
– 1 tsp. baking powder
– 1 tsp. cinnamon
– ½ tsp. salt
– Dash of salt
– 2 scoops GNC AMP Wheybolic™ Whey Protein – Classic Vanilla
– 2 large eggs
– 1 cup skim milk
– 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Put oats in a food processor and process until ground.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend well. Scraping sides to make sure everything is combined.
- Pour batter into heated, nonstick pan, and cook on one side until bubbles begin to form.
- Flip and cook a few minutes more.
- Serve warm.
