Lucky for you, GNC has put together TWO versions of this fall favorite recipe with LESS calories, LESS sugar, LESS fat, and “whey” MORE protein than you could ever imagine. It’s also super cost effect and can be adapted with pretty much any vanilla or pumpkin flavored protein powder out there.

Pumpkin Spice Protein Latte Recipe
Make this PSL that’s “whey” out of it’s league with your favorite milk or milk substitute & a scoop of your favorite vanilla or pumpkin flavor protein powder!
Ingredients
- 8oz unsweetened almond milk, or milk/milk substitute of choice
- 1 scoop GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein Powder, Vanilla Cream
- 2 shots of espresso
Directions
- Brew espresso and place in a large shaker cup
- Add almond milk and protein powder to espresso.
- Cover and shake well!
- Pour over ice & enjoy.
