Ingredients
– 1 cup fat-free sour cream
– 1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
– 2 cups frozen spinach, thawed and drained
– 1 garlic clove, peeled and chopped
– 1/2 onion, peeled and quartered
– 1/4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
– 1/4 cup jarred roasted red peppers
– 1/4 cup jarred artichoke hearts, drained
