Mixing Directions: Using a Blender: Healthy Adults Only: Mix 1 serving (140 g) with 8 - 20 fl oz (240 - 600 ml) of cold water, milk or other beverage and blend to desired consistency (more liquid helps reduce thickness for easier mixing). Using a Shaker Cup (Use More Liquid Per Serving): Healthy Adults Only: Mix 1serving (140 g) with 8 - 24fl oz (240 - 720 ml) of cold water, milk or other beverage and shake up to desired consistency. For Best Mixing Results, Do This: 1. Add liquid. 2. Then powder. 3. Blend/shake. Tastes amazing in water - tastes even better in milk! Always add liquid first, then add Mutant Mass.
