As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 10-12 oz of water. This product can be taken multiple ways: Pre-Workout: Drink 1/2-1 serving 30 minutes before training Intra-Workout: Sip on 1/2-1 serving during training Post-Workout: Drink 1/2-1 serving after training
