Directions

Mix 1 scoop with 8-10 ounces (250-300 mL) of cold water. CONTAINS 200mg CAFFEINE PER SCOOP. Do not exceed 1 scoop per day. Caffeine sensitive individuals should start with 1/2 scoop to assess their tolerance.
