This product contains 304 mg of caffeine per 1 pouch serving, the equivalent of approximately 3 cups of coffee and may not be suitable for individuals who are sensitive to the effects of caffeine. Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasional rapid heartbeat. Exceeding recommended serving may cause serious adverse health effects. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery. Immediately discontinue use and consult a qualified medical professional if you experience any adverse effects. Keep out of reach of children.
