Warnings This product is intended for healthy adults, 18 years of age or over. Not for use by women that are pregnant, trying to get pregnant, or nursing a baby. Consume as part of a healthy diet and exercise program, and ensure to adequately hydrate before, during and after exercise. Caffeine sensitive individuals may experience the following symptoms including (but not limited to), restlessness, nervousness, tremors, headache, anxiety, palpitations, increased heart rate or difficulty sleeping. Immediately discontinue use if you experience any adverse effects or unusual symptoms. This product contains 160mg of caffeine per scoop, the equivalent of approximately two cups of coffee and may not be suitable for individuals who are snesitive to the effects of caffeine. This product also contains beta alanine which may cause a temporary tingling or flushing sensation. Do not excssed 2 scoops of this product within a 24-hour period. Do not combine with alcohol. Discontinue two weeks prior to surgery. Some poeple experience gastrointestinal discomfort.
