CARAMEL MACCHIATO PRO JYM SHAKE

What you put in your body first thing in the morning can set the tone for the rest of your day – in a good or bad way.
I’ve got a protein shake concoction that definitely qualifies as one of those good ways.
This shake utilizes my delicious Caramel Macchiato-flavored Pro JYM protein powder. With 40mg of caffeine (the only Pro JYM flavor that contains caffeine), you’ll get a bit of a pick-me-up to supplement your morning coffee. It’s also a great option for when you’re short on time and need something quick so you can get out the door and to work on time.
You’ve got a lot of bases covered with this shake from a nutrition standpoint – healthy fats from the almond butter, a serving of fruit with the banana and an ideal blend of whey, casein and egg protein with the scoop of Pro JYM.
It’s worth mentioning one more time that this shake tastes amazing! If you don’t fix it for breakfast, it also makes for a great anytime snack or even a healthy dessert.

Ingredients
- 1 scoop Caramel Macchiato Pro JYM
- 1 cup almond milk*
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 banana
- Crushed ice
- Optional: One shot of espresso if you want a little extra kick (approx. 80mg of caffeine)
*Almond milk will typically contain anywhere from 40-80 calories per cup, depending on whether it’s plain or sweetened.
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a blender.
