Do not use if you are prone to dehydration or exposed to excessive heat. Do not use if you suffer from the rare genetic disorder hyper-beta-alaninema. This product beta-alanine which may cause a tingling skin sensation in some individuals. Discontinue two weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache or shortness of breath. Do not tamper if resistant seal is broken. To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within 6 hours of bedtime. Do not take more than 2 scoops in a 24-hour period. Each scoop of Cardio Cuts contains approximately 150 mg of caffeine. Due to efficacious levels or CLA and MCT oil present in Cardio Cuts, separation may occur after mixing. Mix well and drink shortly thereafter.
