To qualify for Auto-Deliver & Save, you must be a member of our loyalty program, myGNC Rewards. Click here to sign up.

Mostly all items on GNC.com or in stores qualify for Auto-Deliver & Save. Items such as apparel, meal prep, single snack/bars/RTD do not qualify.

The delivery frequency for Auto-Deliver & Save is as follows:

  • One time only
  • 30 days
  • 45 days
  • 60 days
  • 90 days
  • 120 days
  • 180 days

You can choose the frequency that works best for you, or pause or cancel at any time.

First, log in to your account. On your “My Account” page, select “Auto-Deliver & Save”. There you will see two tabs.

The “My Next Order” tab deals with the order that is next to be shipped, no other orders. Here you can:

  • Add items (as one-time purchases or new subscription item)
  • Change the send date
  • Cancel this individual order

The “My Subscriptions” tab lists all of your subscriptions. Here you can manage your subscriptions by:

  • Changing the frequency
  • Changing the quantity
  • Pausing a subscription
  • Changing the shipping address

The “My Subscriptions” tab lists all of your subscriptions. Here you can manage your subscriptions by:

  • Changing the quantity
  • Pausing a subscription
  • Changing the shipping address

You can cancel a single subscription or all of them. In this system, to cancel, you will actually be “pausing” your subscription. This is the equivalent of cancelling with the added convenience of being able to start it right back up in the future if you so wish.

Cancelling, or “pausing”, an order will stop all future shipments of that particular product. No further charges to your form of payment will be made.

Here's How To Cancel:

  1. Log in at GNC.com and go to “My Account.”
  2. Click “Auto-Deliver & Save.”
  3. Click “Edit” to the right of the item that you would like to cancel.
  4. Click “Pause Subscription.”
  5. You will be prompted to adjust the frequency of your deliveries, but if you choose not to, click “No Thanks, Pause My Auto-Deliver & Save Delivery.”
  6. After choosing a reason at the next prompt, click “Deactivate.”

To resume a product subscription, you can do so by following these easy steps:

  1. Log in at GNC.com and go to “My Account.”
  2. Click “Auto-Deliver & Save.”
  3. Select the "My Subscriptions" tab.
  4. Click “Resume Subscription” to the right of the item that you would like to resume.

GNC is committed to providing only the best in quality and innovation to help you Live Well. Our Nutritional Science Team is frequently reviewing and updating formulas to bring you the most up-to-date advancements in the industry. As new technology emerges, so do new products. If a product you subscribe to is reformulated, you will be notified via email and informed of the changes to the product. GNC will include the reformulated product as part of the current subscription so that your current subscription is uninterrupted. If you choose not to include the reformulated product in your subscription you must cancel your Auto-Deliver & Save subscription for that product.

If a product you subscribe to is temporarily out-of-stock you will receive an email notification. Please note that if you do not manually cancel that specific order, the out-of-stock item will ship when it becomes available. It will not be held until your next scheduled shipment.

Similarly, if a product has been discontinued, you will be notified by email and that order will automatically be canceled. If this is the only product you have subscribed to for in the Auto-Deliver & Save program, your full subscription will be canceled.

If you want to ship your subscribed items somewhere else, you can adjust the shipping addresses for one subscription or for all of them. Here's how:

  1. Go to “My Account” and log in.
  2. Click “Auto-Deliver & Save.”
  3. Click the “My Subscriptions” tab.
  4. Click “Edit” to the right of the item that you would like to adjust.
  5. Click “Change Address.”
  6. Once you update this address, if you’d like to update all of your subscriptions to the same address, make sure that the “Apply To All Subscriptions” box is checked. However, if you want to change the shipping address to only apply to this one subscription item, make sure that the “Apply to all subscriptions” box is not clicked.

If you want to update your payment for all of the subscriptions you receive, you can do so by simply changing the default payment on your account. Here's how:

  1. Go to “My Account” and log in.
  2. Click “Payment Settings.”
  3. Add a new credit card.
  4. Click “Make This Default.”
  5. Click "Apply.”

Your new card will automatically become your preferred payment. Your old card will stay in the system. Simply click "Delete Card" if you wish to completely remove it.

You agree to charges for products based on the frequency selected. Auto Deliver & Save orders will be in effect indefinitely from the date the first order is processed, unless canceled.

You agree that GNC reserves the right to change these Auto Deliver & Save Terms & Conditions at any time and to discontinue the Auto Deliver & Save program at any time for any reason.

These Auto Deliver & Save Terms & Conditions may be revised at any time and from time to time by updating this posting. You should visit this page from time to time to review the then current Auto Deliver & Save Terms and Conditions because they are binding on you. If you do not accept these Auto Deliver & Save Terms & Conditions or any changes proposed by us, your only remedy is to cancel your registration for the Auto Deliver & Save program.

These Auto Deliver & Save Terms & Conditions supplement the general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement located on gnc.com (which are incorporated herein by reference) and govern your use of the Auto Deliver & Save program.

Unless modified by you, the credit card used to set up the initial Auto Deliver & Save order will be charged for subsequent orders. Subsequent orders will not be charged until they are shipped. By placing an Auto Deliver & Save order, you authorize us to charge your credit card for subsequent Auto Deliver & Save orders indefinitely from the date the first order is processed unless you cancel your Auto Deliver & Save shipments earlier.

Credit cards and debit cards will be the only valid tender types accepted for payment on Auto Deliver & Save orders. Gift certificates, e-Gift certificates, gift cards, checks, Bill Me Later and PayPal will not be accepted.

Recurring order pricing will reflect ten percent off the then current product price at the time the order is processed, excluding certain promotional pricing, including but not limited to, BOGOs or any multiple-item discount. These promotions cannot be combined with the Auto Deliver & Save program. GNC will notify the customer of the amount of all charges prior to the order being fulfilled (3 days in advance of ship date). GNC reserves the right to cancel any recurring orders due to incorrect Auto Deliver & Save product pricing.

You must register with www.GNC.com in order to set up GNC Auto Deliver & Save shipments and must have a valid email address.

You will be able to log in using your account to modify or cancel your Auto Deliver & Save shipments at any time. You are responsible for payment on all merchandise shipped prior to the cancellation request. You can cancel the Auto Deliver & Save program at any time by logging into your GNC.com account and altering your subscription or by calling our customer service team. Canceling an order will stop all future shipments of that particular product.

These terms cover any subsequent changes made to the Auto Deliver & Save order, including but not limited to: Quantity, Pricing, Frequency of shipment, and Credit card information.

Shipping restrictions may apply. Auto Deliver & Save services are not available for international orders. The ShopRunner shipping program does not apply or combine with Auto Deliver & Save orders.

If an Auto Deliver & Save product is temporarily out of stock, you will receive an email notification. If the order is not canceled, the product will be shipped when it is in stock.
