Start your day with this healthy Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats recipe using GNC Total Lean® Lean Shake™ 25 for a boost of protein and fiber, to help keep you feeling full!

Ingredients

– 1 cup oats, dry

– 2 cups milk

– 1 medium apple

– 3 Tbsp. chopped walnuts

– ½ tsp. cinnamon

– ¼ tsp. nutmeg

– ½ tsp. maple syrup

– 2 scoops GNC Total Lean® Lean Shake™ 25 – French Vanilla

Directions

Dice apple into bite-sized pieces. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Portion oats mixture into 3 servings by pouring into single-serve mason jars or other serving bowl. For warm overnight oats, add additional milk and heat until desired texture and consistency is reached.
