Ingredients

– ½ cup skim milk

– ½ frozen banana

– ⅓ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

– 1 scoop GNC Total Lean® Lean Shake™ Classic – Swiss Chocolate

– 1 Tablespoon sugar free strawberry jam

Directions

Combine ingredients in blender and process until creamy and smooth. Enjoy immediately.
