Ingredients
– ½ cup skim milk
– 1 scoop GNC AMP Wheybolic™ – Chocolate Fudge
– 1 frozen banana
– Tbsp. peanut butter
– 6-8 small ice cubes (½ cup ice)
Directions
Combine ingredients in blender and process until creamy and smooth. Enjoy immediately.
