Ingredients
– 1 scoop GNC AMP Pure Isolate Whey Protein
– ¼ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
– 1 Tbsp. almond flour
– ½ tsp. baking powder
– 1 tsp. cocoa powder
– 2 tsp. zero-calorie sweetener (such as stevia powder)
– 1 tsp. semi-sweet chocolate chips
– 2 Tbsp. butter
– 1 egg
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F and spray two ramekins with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients: protein powder, baking powder, almond flour, cocoa powder, and zero-calorie sweetener.
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the almond milk, butter and chocolate chips for 1 minute. Stir well. In a separate bowl, crack the egg and beat well. Add to the milk, chocolate chips and butter.
Slowly combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring well. Once well combined, pour the batter evenly into the ramekins and bake for ~10 minutes or until the tops are set but inside is still soft.
Let sit for 3 minutes then invert onto a plate.
