Cake Ingredients
Note: Cake shown in picture is two cakes stacked on top of each other. Ingredients below are for one cake.
- 1 scoop GHOST® 100% Whey Protein – Chips Ahoy!®
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon zero calorie sweetener (Splenda, Stevia, Swerve)
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cashew milk
Instructions
Combine dry ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk milk and eggs together. Pour milk and egg mixture into the dry ingredients, combine. Cook in microwave on high for two minutes. Allow to cool completely before removing from bowl onto plate. Top with frosting and Chips Ahoy Cookies!
Frosting Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons GHOST® 100% Whey Protein – Chips Ahoy!®
- 3 grams Coconut Flour
- 2 grams zero calorie sweetener of choice
- 20 grams plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 30ml cold water
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Add water slowly as needed to reach desired consistency. Spread over completely cooled cake.
