Ingredients

– 1 cup spinach or other leafy greens

– ½ cucumber, cubed

– ½ avocado

– 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped

– Juice from ½ lemon

– 1 capsule GNC Herbal Plus® Ashwagandha Powder, opened and added to blender

– 1 capsule Resvitále® Resveratrol, opened and added to blender

– 2 tsp. Amazing Herbs Black Seed™
