Ingredients
- 1 scoop GNC AMP Wheybolic™ Classic Vanilla
- 1 ⅔ cup coconut milk (1 can)
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup whole milk
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Using a wire whisk, beat all ingredients together until well-blended. Transfer liquid to the refrigerator and allow to set for approximately 2 hours.
Follow the directions of the ice cream maker to churn. The churn time is approximately 15-20 minutes. Transfer mixture to a bowl and place in the freezer. Allow to freeze at least 2 hours before serving.
Don’t have an ice cream maker? No problem—this version can be made in your blender!
