If you love cold brew coffee, this protein-packed version will be your new go-to. Traditional coffee drink recipes and coffee drinks with irish cream are loaded with sugar and sometimes – alcohol!
This mocktail cold brew recipe features Irish Crème-flavored coffee creamer and our GNC AMP Wheybolic protein powder. This is a great drink to sip on first thing in the morning, especially before a workout session. The protein will help you feel full, and the caffeine will give you a pick-me-up of energy to help you push through.

Ingredients
- 10oz brewed coffee
- ½ cup skim milk
- 1 serving of Irish Creme flavored coffee creamer
- 1 scoop GNC AMP Wheybolic Classic Vanilla
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Optional: 1/2 tbsp instant espresso
- Optional: 1 Tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Make the cold brew coffee. You can do this by brewing regular hot coffee and letting it chill in the fridge overnight. Or you could make your own cold brew using traditional methods of steeping in grounds overnight.
- Add the milk, protein powder, and coffee cremer.
- Add the optional ingredients of vanilla extract (for more sweetness) or instant espresso (if you’re looking for a stronger coffee flavor or an extra kick of caffeine)
- Add in ice cubes and enjoy immediately!
