Ingredients
– 1 cup quick oats
– 3 scoops GNC AMP Sustained Protein Blend – Vanilla Milkshake
– 1 cup peanut butter
– 1 cup honey
– ½ cup raisins
Directions
- Place dough blade in food processor
- Add oats, protein powder and peanut butter into the food processor; then add honey
- Mix thoroughly, until dough consistency is achieved
- Transfer dough to a bowl and work mixture to combine completely with spatula
- Add raisins and stir into batter. Roll into approximately 1-inch balls and freeze.
Tip: If less sweetness is desired, add less honey.
