Ingredients

– 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth

– ½ small onion, peeled and quartered

– ½ apple, peeled and cored

– 2 cups canned pumpkin

– 4 scoops GNC Pro Performance® 100% Whey Protein – Vanilla Cream

– ¼ teaspoon dried sage

– ¼ teaspoon dried rosemary

– ¼ teaspoon dried thyme

– 1/8 teaspoon white pepper

– ½ teaspoon cinnamon

– ½ teaspoon salt

– ¼ cup whipping cream

Directions

Place all ingredients, except whipping cream, in a blender. Secure lid and blend until smooth.

Add the whipping cream and blend for an additional 10–15 seconds.

Transfer to large pot and heat on low.

Serve warm.
