Ingredients
For the smoothie:
– 1 scoop GNC AMP Sustained Protein Blend
– 1 cup skim milk
– 2 ounces non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
– 1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1 cup ice
For the garnish:
– 5 mini marshmallows
– ½ tsp mini chocolate chips
– 1 graham cracker square
Directions
Combine protein, cocoa, Greek yogurt, milk and ice in a blender and process until smooth
Pour into glass
Garnish with marshmallow, chocolate chips and a graham cracker square
