Ingredients
– 1 garlic clove, peeled and chopped
– 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
– 8 ounces fat-free cream cheese, softened
– ¾ cup crumbled blue cheese
– ½ cup hot sauce
– ½ cup plain, fat-free Greek yogurt
– 2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
– 2 scoops Unflavored GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the garlic and jalapeño in a blender and secure lid. Blend until minced. Add all remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Transfer to oven-safe dish and bake for 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve warm.
