Directions

As a dietary supplement, consume 1 serving (1 scoop) of Superhuman Pre with 8-10 oz of cold water, 20-30 minutes prior to your workout. Users may assess tolerance by beginning with ½ serving (½ scoop) mixed in 4-6 oz of water if desired. Do not take within 4 hours of bed time or combine with other products that contain caffeine.

Warnings

This product is intended for healthy adults, 18 years of age or older. Consult a physician prior to using this, or any other dietary supplement. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing, if you have or suspect you may have a medical condition, or if you are taking any prescription or over-the-counter medications. Do not exceed recommended serving. This product contains 310 mg of caffeine per 1 scoop serving, the equivalent of approximately 3 cups of coffee and may not be suitable for individuals who are sensitive to the effects of caffeine. Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasional rapid heartbeat. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Exceeding recommended serving may cause serious adverse health effects. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery. Immediately discontinue use and consult a qualified medical professional if you experience any adverse effects.
