To assess tolerance, mix 1 scoop of Mr Hyde Infinite Fully Loaded Pre-Workout with 8-12 oz of water and consume 15-30 minutes prior to exercise. Advanced users may take up to 2 scoops with 16-24 oz of water. Do not exceed 2 scoops per day.
