Tip: Secure the lid firmly after each use; leave the desiccant packets inside the jar; store jar in a cool, dry place; shake the jar gently before and after each use to help break up any clumping. Wait a few seconds after shaking, before opening the jar, to allow powder to settle.
Directions: Healthy adults only: Mix to 1/2 serving with 8-16 fl oz (250-500 ml) of water 15-45 minutes before workouts. (Use 1/2 serving or less first to assess tolerance).
