Take 1 Arsenal X Inferno liquid-gel in the morning and 1 liquid-gel in the afternoon, preferably with food and 6-8 fl.oz of water. On workout days, take 1 liquid-gel 30 minutes before your workout, and take a second liquid-gel at your discretion so long as the doses are 4-6 hours apart. Do not exceed 2 liquid-gels per day. To avoid sleeplessness, avoid taking within 4 hours of bedtime. Each liquid-gel contains approximately 160 mg of caffeine. To be used in conjunction with a physical conditioning program.

Individuals who exceed the recommended serving or consume additional caffeine with this product may experience adverse side effects. Do not use if tamper resistant seal is broken.
