What are BCAAs?
BCAA is an abbreviation for “branched chain amino acids“, which includes the three essential amino-acids Leucine, Isoleucine & Valine. The fact that they are essential amino-acids means, that they cannot be produced by the body itself and need to be ingested with food.
Most amino-acids are processed by the liver and transported to our muscles through the bloodstream. BCAAs have the quality of being absorbed by our muscles directly. Thanks to this process, they can immediately be used for energy by the body.

Mix 1 scoop with 12-14 oz of cold water (adjust water for taste preference) and shake well. On training days, consume 1 scoop during exercise and/or 1 scoop after exercise. On non-training days, consume 1 - 2 scoops throughout the day.
