Ingredients
– ½ cup water
– ½ cup frozen blueberries
– ⅓ cup plain Greek nonfat yogurt
– 1 scoop GNC AMP Wheybolic™ Whey Protein – Classic Vanilla
– 6-8 small ice cubes (½ cup ice)
Directions
Combine ingredients in blender and process until creamy and smooth. Enjoy immediately.
