Ingredients
– 2 cups of strawberries (whole, frozen, unsweetened)
– 2 scoops GNC AMP Wheybolic™ Whey Protein – Chocolate Fudge
– Water, as needed
Directions
Place the 2 cups of frozen strawberries into the food processor. Add 2 scoops of GNC AMP Wheybolic. Blend ingredients in the food processor and gradually add small amounts water until you have a creamy, frothy consistency. Scrape sides when needed. Place in a bowl and enjoy immediately. Note: Adding too much water will make it runny.
Tip: For alternative options, Vanilla flavored protein can also be used as well as any type of frozen unsweetened berries.
